We do require a minimum of 6 guests to operate, however, if you are wanting to book for 2 guests, we are usually able to match you up with other bookings to make the minimum guest numbers.
Special arrangements for exclusive use of the carriage can be also be arranged. Please do not hesitate to enquire about this option.
To secure all Reservations, we do require a 50% Deposit, which can be paid be credit card through our on-line booking system, or over the phone. Cheques & Money Orders are also accepted for bookings made over the telephone.
We understand that cancellations sometimes need to occur, and ask you give as much notice as possible. As seating and availability are limited, we do require a minimum of 7 DAYS notice for cancellations to avoid the deposit being forfeited. Cancellation within 48 hours, or failure to show for your booking without prior notice will result in the full charge being applied to your nominated credit card, or cancellation of the intended Gift Certificate/s booked for redemption.
Due to our policies regarding minimum guest numbers, extreme weather conditions etc, we reserve the right to cancel tours at short notice.
We will aways do our best to give our guests as much notice as possible.
