At 9 years of age, Banjo has been with the team since 2006, and is the oldest & most experienced member on the team! He is an honest, hardworking leader, adding some major horsepower to the outfit. He is all heart, and never lets his team-mates down!

Handsome Harry is the newest addition, having joined the team in July 2009. At the young age of 5, our new apprentice is most certainly a favourite with the children, and just like any youngster, he is playful & very affectionate!

A true gentle giant, 8 year old Charlie has been an integral part of the team since 2007. Living up to his nick-name 'Cheeky Charlie', he is very inquisitive & playful, but remains a gentleman at all times. Charlie's favourite pastime is food!

Clydesdales Restaurant grandly rolled from the coachbuilder's shed to great fanfare in May 1996 as Windsor welcomed the World's First Horse Drawn Restaurant, born from the idea of re-introducing the Heavy Horse to the historical Hawkesbury Region. Afterall, the Hawkesbury is fondly referred to as the 'birthplace of the great Aussie Draught Horse'. Initially when the suggestion of a travelling horse-drawn restaurant was made, it seemed like a difficult prospect for success, and experts in the industry said "it can't be done - it will never work". Some 15 years later, however, the multi award winning Horse Drawn Restaurant continues to bring much joy and delight to the townsfolk of Windsor, and attracts visitors from near and far, both young and old.
